My goal was to pick a brand that had room for improvement in terms of brand identity. I chose Kent State's eSports Team. They had an unfriendly website, a visually distracting logo, and poor marketing. I had a lot of prior knowledge of video games and eSports organizations so I had an idea of how I wanted to rebrand Kent State eSports.
